This was one of our favorite weddings….EVER.  Chris and Christi are good friends of ours from way back when in college, and we were so excited to photograph their wedding.  They let us have total creative control–which is always fantastic–so we swept them away in the wee hours of the morning on the day of the wedding to get some special shots in downtown Mobile.  Then, we spent the whole day with them at Magnolia Manor, which was the perfect setting for beautiful pre-wedding photos.  Not to mention, the weather that day could not have been more pleasant.  Even though we were all outside in the middle of July in Alabama, the temperatures barely reached 80 degrees, and we had a nice breeze all day.  Chris and Christi were so relaxed throughout the whole wedding, and we were all laughing and smiling….though there were a few joyful tears.  Christi and her wonderful mother went to great lengths making sure each detail, every flower, every ribbon, had been carefully chosen to look great in photographs….a dream come true for us!  Needless to say, their wedding was a blast to photograph, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.  We also couldn’t be happier for our friends Chris and Christi and the beginning of their new journey together.  We hope you enjoy their pictures.

Guess who’s under the umbrella?

Ashley and Billy are getting married next March and we were able to spend some time with them this weekend while they were in the area for vacation. Photographing them was a blast; they were smiling all the time.

Here is a picture we came across yesterday when we were uploading some photos of the Lively family.  The rest aren’t ready yet, but this one was so good I couldn’t wait till later to post it.

Lots of things happening here lately. New website, new content, new ideas, new albums, new things to offer our brides, and then some more new things we can’t even talk about yet because it we wouldn’t want to spoil surprises.
